What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of the ship date. Please note that a $7 shipping fee is deducted from your refund for use of our prepaid return label.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days within the continental U.S. We also offer express shipping options at checkout if you need your essentials sooner.
How do I care for my Grade-A Cashmere?
To keep your cashmere looking its best, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent or baby shampoo. Lay flat to dry on a towel and never wring or hang the garment, as this can cause stretching.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 60 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated at the time of checkout.
